the recipe

Chai Tea

3 – 4 cups of water
3 cinnamon sticks
20 whole cloves
30 whole cardamom
1 1/2 tsp – powdered ginger
Black pepper to taste
2 Tetley (or orange pekoe) tea bags

Combine all ingredients in a pot
and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes to combine flavours.

Strain to remove spices and then
add 2 – 3 cups of milk
(depending how strong you want it).
Also add honey & sweeten to taste.

i couldn't tar the memory of "Greg's" chai tea....och alberta days, how i miss them, but guess thats the good thing bout memories, they still warm your heart after many moons have faded xxxx
